Strainer

Strainers are used before all equipment that could be damaged by accumulation in water, air, and industrial lines. There are two common types: BSYS-1 Y Type Strainer and BSBS-1 Basket Type Strainer.

The biggest requirement for strainers in field use is to establish a maintenance period. This period can vary greatly depending on the location, and since maintenance is often not easy, it is frequently delayed. To solve this, a maintenance period can be determined by monitoring the pressure loss (head loss) caused by debris using manometers installed at the inlet and outlet of the product. Our strainer with integrated manometer is a special solution offered for this problem.
