Check Valve

Check valves are primarily used to prevent backflow in piping systems. There are several types available depending on the application area:

Tilting Check Valve

Commonly used in pumping lines where backflow prevention is required, especially in potable water, wastewater, and industrial plants. Recommended for larger diameter pipelines (ideal for DN200-1200).

  • Production Diameter: DN100-DN1200
  • Pressure Range: 0-40 bar
  • Body Material: GGG40 - Ductile Iron
  • Disc Material: GGG40 - Ductile Iron / AISI304 / AISI316 / etc.
  • Seal Material: EPDM / NBR

Application Areas:

  • Potable Water Treatment Plants
  • Pumping Stations

Types:

  • BSTCV-1 Tilting Check Valve
  • BSTCV-2 Hydraulic Damped Tilting Check Valve

Wafer Type Double Door Check Valve

Used in air and water lines with pumps, especially in potable water, wastewater, and industrial plants. Recommended for smaller diameter pipelines (ideal for DN40-400).

  • Production Diameter: DN40-DN400
  • Pressure Range: 0-40 bar
  • Body Material: ST37 / AISI304 / AISI316
  • Disc Material: ST37 / AISI304 / AISI316
  • Seal Material: EPDM / NBR

Application Areas:

  • Potable Water Treatment Plants
  • Pumping Stations

Types:

  • BSWSCV-1 Wafer Double Door Check Valve

Swing Check Valve

Used in pumping lines for backflow prevention, especially in potable water, wastewater, and industrial plants. Recommended for smaller diameter pipelines (ideal for DN40-400).

  • Production Diameter: DN40-DN400
  • Pressure Range: 0-40 bar
  • Body Material: GGG40 - Ductile Iron
  • Disc Material: GGG40 - Ductile Iron / AISI304 / AISI316 / etc.
  • Seal Material: EPDM / NBR

Application Areas:

  • Potable Water Treatment Plants
  • Pumping Stations

Types:

  • BSSCV-1 Swing Check Valve
  • BSSCV-2 Counterweight Swing Check Valve

Application Areas

  • Potable Water Treatment Plants
  • Pumping Stations
  • Wastewater Plants
  • Industrial Facilities
